As the world economy has strongly developed, stress has arisen and become a part of current society. It brings to life more challenges and excitements. However, it could be harmful to people if they don’t know how to cope stress. The large amount of stress also leads individuals to sickness. Louis E. Kopolo--M. D, he has shown everyone the ways to help themselves overcome problems. In facts, there are still several reasons like busy lifestyle, lack of social relationship and need to earn money as the causes for being unable to relieve the negative effects of stress. First of all, these individuals don’t have enough time to relieve stress. In fact, time can’t be extended, there are only 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. However, the problems they need to work out keep increasing its amount every day. People need money, they have to spend time at work. They also need time for family and kids. Moreover, if people couldn’t get overcome the trouble at work, the y would use their sleep time to get work done. As that busy life, these individuals are tired enough and won’t be able to take time for physical activity, hangout with family, relaxing†¦ As the result, their stress become more serious. I am an example as well, I’m a full time student, working 50 hours a week and living independent. Most of day-time, I stay at school for several course. Next place would be my working place. Not only weekday, I also work on the weekend.
